Once a boat has been registered or titled, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for refund or return.
After registration, SeaStorm may, at its sole discretion, offer to purchase the boat back from the customer under a separate evaluation process. Buy back pricing depends on condition, usage, age, market conditions, transportation costs, and inspection results.
SeaStorm is not obligated to repurchase any boat.

Accidents, injuries, or damages caused by operator negligence
Unauthorized modifications
Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines or safety instructions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Customers are responsible for operating products safely and in accordance with applicable laws.

The engine remains in new condition
Original packaging and documentation are included
Used or installed engines are not eligible for refunds.
Used trailers are not eligible for refund or return.
Unused trailers may only be returned with prior written approval and may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, transportation costs, and administrative charges.
Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

Items remain in original packaging
Products are in resellable condition
